Monet's words have always resonated well with me. I love flowers whether they are on plants, in bouquets, in print or in paint. A big fan since childhood, I am still reminded by my folks how I used to collect flowers as a toddler. No big surprise then that I studied botany and worked for my PhD in plant science. After spending a lot of time dissecting, analyzing and studying the intricacies of plants, I have returned to working with my first love- flowers. In the interim, modern technology has worked its wonders and today we have artificial flowers that look so real that its hard to tell which is which. So, I have chosen to work with the less fragile, less temperamental of the two- silk flowers, to create unique floral designs.

I believe creating the right floral arrangement requires selecting the right colors, textures and style that are in sync with the rest of the decor.
